Licorice helps a stressed adrenal gland maintain its’
production of adrenaline, cortisone and aldosterone, the
hormones normally secreted by the adrenal gland.
Aldosterone affects the body’s ability to hold more water, and
maintains normal hydration. Licorice also increases cortisol
levels, thus helping to reduce inflammation. This can be
helpful in conditions as varied as asthma, psoriasis, hepatitis,
lupus, MS, arthritis, eczeme and other auto immune
disorders. Licorice is also thought to have a synergistic action
in herbal mixtures, and is commonly used, in small quantities,
in herbal blends, especially in traditional Chinese medicine.

drops) of certified organic licorice root, along with pure grain
alcohol and deionized water.
Dosage:
