For those with knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine,
this formula Disperses Wind Heat, Clears heat, and resolves
toxins. Combines Yin Qiao San (Wu Jutang, 1798.) and Gan
Mao Ling.
This formula is a traditional Yin Chiao blend, but here it
mixes in the herbs from the Gan Mao Ling fame.
This is an extremely effective medicine if taken as soon as
symptoms appear. Efficacy will lessen by the third day. Four
of the herbs are very powerful antivirals: Isatis, Ilex, Lonicera
and Forsythia. Other herbs are symptomatic for aching neck,
headache, and nasal congestion.
Begin taking a half hour before entering airports, airplanes,
terminals, or crowded public facilities.
Yin Chiao Plus is not appropriate once the illness enters the
lungs and cough is present.
Adding Echinacea at 1 teaspoon of the liquid extract three
times in the day will also help.
Yohimbe Bark 1:3
Yohimbe Bark is a well known treatment form
male impotence and is traditionally used as an
aphrodisiac.

Yohimbe is for impotence in men. It increases blood flow
into the penis and can help sustain an erection. It can help
men who cannot get an erection and for those who cannot
maintain an erection. Constant use of Yohimbe, however,
can create irritability and aggravate the prostate. Try to not
use it more than a few days in a row. It is possible to have
success if used the day results are desired. If the impotence
is not a vascular problem, Yohimbe will not work. If stress is
a related issue, add Kava Kava Root.
Phyto-Tech™ Yohimbe Bark 1:3 is a tincture of Yohimbe Bark
(Pausinystalia yohimbe), in pure grain alcohol and deionized
water. It provided 333 mg/ml (30 drops).
More potent preparations, typically containing higher, stan-
dardized levels of the alkaloid yohimbine, are available, but
these products are best used only under the supervision of a
physician. High doses of the yohimbine alkaloid can cause
potentially dangerous side effects.
Yohimbe bark (not yohimbine alkaloid) has a long history of
use for many conditions.

For chronic impotence, take 15-30 drops
2-3 times daily, or as needed, in juice or water. For more
immediate results, take 20-40 drops, once or twice, only,

B3. In the lab, pre-diabetic and diabetic mice
ate a diet with or without nicotinamide
riboside for the last eight weeks of a 21-week
study. In both pre-diabetic and diabetic
groups who ate a high-fat diet, nicotinamide
riboside protected against weight gain and
fatty liver, improved blood sugar levels, and
protected against nerve damage.`

always create a buzz and if nicotinamide
riboside turns out to be as beneficial as
research shows, then the attention is
justified.
Nicotinamide Riboside, a naturally
occurring form of vitamin B3 present in trace
amounts in foods such as cow’s milk, has
been shown to be a precursor in the
biosynthesis of nicotinamide adenine
dinucleotide or NAD+. NAD+ is a
coenzyme found in all living cells and is
involved in reactions in the mitochondria
where energy from glucose is used to make
ATP. This isn’t the first time there’s interest in
NAD+. In 1993, Dr. Georg Birkmire was
treating patients with Parkinson’s disease
using NAD+, having developed the first
stable oral form of NADH (the reduced form
of NAD+). Dr Birkmire found that by using
NAD+, he was able to stimulate dopamine
production in his patients and the motor
symptoms of the disease were improved.
Other conditions where NAD+ has been
studied are chronic fatigue syndrome and
Alzheimer’s disease.
There is growing evidence that greater
rates of NAD+ synthesis may be beneficial
to protect against neurological degeneration.
Current data suggest that nicotinamide
riboside may be the only vitamin precursor
that supports neuronal NAD+ synthesis.
NAD+ is also required for the function of
sirtuins, a special class of proteins involved
in cellular regulation, healthy aging, and
longevity. Research shows that low NAD+
levels limit the activity of sirtuins. As
organisms age, NAD+ levels are reported to
drop, which leads to a decrease in
mitochondrial health; this in turn may lead
to age-related health issues. By boosting
NAD+, Nicotinamide Riboside can increase
mitochondrial health and induce creation of
new mitochondria. The search for sirtuin
activators has been a major goal of
academic, biotechnology and
pharmaceutical research for the last decade.
Studies show that nicotinamide riboside
can elevate NAD+ in the blood by as much
as 2.7-fold. Average maximal increases in
blood NAD+ were approximately 30% at
the 100 mg dose and approximately 50% at
the higher doses. Increases in blood NAD+
tended to be sustained for longer times at
higher doses.
Maintenance of sufficient levels of NAD+
is essential to cellular energy metabolism
and mitochondrial function. If NAD+ levels
go down or are redirected (as in cancer
cells), mitochondrial function erodes,
creating numerous adverse effects.
Nicotinamide Riboside supports NAD+
synthesis and is used as an anti aging
supplement with the main focus on brain
health and longevity. Think of it as a
supplement for prevention and maintenance
of optimal health.
NADH, on the other hand, is the
supplemental form of the NAD+ and is used
for energy and fatigue.
In addition, studies have shown positive
results with NADH for brain diseases such as
