immune response. It strengthens the immune system,
protects against microbial invasion and attacks microbes that
have taken residence in the body. Immune Acute Complex
can be used for those wanting to avoid getting sick or those
trying to push an illness out of the body. It has broad-
spectrum effects that stimulate immune activity, modulate the
immune system, fight bacterial and viral conditions, and open
up nasal passages. It is also an excellent tonic for those who
are prone to getting colds and flu, and can be used in acute
situations when the immune system needs an extra boost. It
can also be used by those with chronic infections to
strengthen and rebuild the immune system and protect
against further immune breakdown.
Astragalus, Maitake, and Shiitake are well known for their
ability to stimulate deep immunity. They are great for those
prone to getting sick or those who have chronic immune
deficiency that needs support. Astragalus contains
polysaccharides, saponins, flavonoids, and phytosterols which
contribute to its immune enhancing affects. It increases the
number of stem cells in bone marrow and lymph tissue and
encourages their development into active immune cells. One
of the most active constituents in Maitake and Shiitake
mushroom is believed to be a beta glucan polysaccharide
that powers up the immune system. Beta glucan, which can
also be derived from yeast, acts as a “biological defense
modifier” to stimulate and modulate various immune
responses. It has been heavily researched for its immune
enhancing properties and its ability to activate macrophage
immune cells, NK-Cells, T-Cells, B-Cells, and cytokines. A
study from Harvard Medical School found animals treated
with beta glucan were more resistant to bacterial, viral, and
fungal inundation. Beta glucan treatment stimulated
proliferation of white blood cells and increased phagocytic
macrophage activity. A concentrated beta glucan extract is
added to Immune Acute Complex to further increase the
formula’s immune enhancing properties.
Echinacea excites the immune system to fight off microbes
before they dominate an organ system and create illness.
Numerous studies show Echinacea to have positive effects for
colds, flu, and upper respiratory tract infections. It
stimulates phagocytosis and helps ward off oncoming
infections. As a long-term tonic it can boost immunity and
help rebuild a healthy immune response.
Forsythia Fruit, Honeysuckle Flower, and Isatis Root are
traditional Chinese herbs used to help the body to resolve
illness and clear toxins. These herbs are powerful anti-virals
and are extremely effective in the early stages of colds and
flu.
Licorice is added as an expectorant to thin mucus in the lungs
to clear congestion. It brings down inflammation and soothes
sore throats.
Colloidal Silver has been used throughout history as an
antibiotic and disinfectant. It destroys the enzymes
responsible for oxygen metabolism in bacteria, viruses, and
fungi, thus cutting off oxygen to these harmful pathogens and
suffocating them. Colloidal Silver kills bacterial, viral, and
fungal organisms upon contact, yet leaves the good bacteria
in the body unharmed.
Garlic also acts as a natural antibiotic and antiviral agent. It
fights chronic or recurrent infections and is indicated for
those with low resistance to infection. It has a long history of
relieving the symptoms of upper-respiratory illnesses, and can
bring down inflammation in the mucus membranes of the
nose and throat.
Eucalyptus Oil and Menthol Crystals are airborne aromatics
added to the formula to clear the sinuses and open up
breathing. Their soothing vapors stimulate the opening of
respiratory and nasal passages, improving airflow and
encouraging the release of mucus.

Description:
Phyto-Tech™ Immune Complex is a blend of immune system
stimulating and adaptogenic herbs. When used long term,
before symptoms are present it can decrease your risk of
becoming ill. During illness, it helps prevent the spread of
infections. Astragalus and Echinacea directly simulate
immune function, while Red Root enhances lymphatic
function. Suma, Eleuthero and Licorice are adaptogenic herbs
that enhance immune function through strengthened stress
response. This adaptogenic component makes Immune
Complex an ideal supplement to use during chemotherapy.
This is not intended for use after you have come down with
the cold, flu or similar condition. In that case, use one of the

itamin B12 and other B-vitamins play a
role in producing brain chemicals that
affect mood and other brain functions. Recent
evidence suggests a link between the nervous
system and the immune system, and that the
immune system plays a significant role in
depression.
Doctors reviewed studies from the years
2008 through 2016 on B-vitamins, the
immune system, inflammation, and the links
between these and depression. Overall, there
is a clear link between B-vitamins, the
immune system, and depression. Low levels
of vitamins B1, B2, B3 (Niacin), B6, B9 (Folic
Acid), and B12 are common in depression.
One of the major findings was that, in fact,
B-vitamin supplementation reduced
depressive symptoms!
Doctors also discovered a link between pro-
inflammatory profiles and depression, and
that anti-inflammatory nutrients improve
depression outcomes.
Discussing the findings, doctors said, "It is
clear that deficiency in B-vitamins results in
symptoms of depression that affect the health
and well-being of individuals."
So much for the "expensive urine" pundits!
