bilberry affects enzymes responsible for energy production in
the eye, which is especially important to good vision under

Black Cohosh is considered by herbalists to be a distinctive
woman’s remedy. It stimulates delayed menses as an
emmenogogue while relaxing the muscles around the uterine

normal cycle. It can also help amenorrhea and

stimulating hormone. Some research refutes estrogen activity

Fresh Black Walnut Hulls are harvested in their green state
(before they blacken) where they are more potent. Black
Walnut’s two main active chemicals are juglone and tannins.
Juglone is antibiotic and antifungal and has a normalizing
effect on intestinal tissue Tannins are astringents that reduce
secretions, relieve irritation and tighten tissues by shrinking
the top layers of the skin. These properties led to the use of
Black Walnut Hull for treating gastrointestinal problems such
