Hours
Willner Chemists Order Department is
open from 9 am to 7 pm, Monday through
Friday, and from 9 am to 5 pm on Saturday.
We are closed on Sunday.

General Information
Every effort was made at the time this cata-
log was prepared to ensure accuracy. We
cannot be responsible, however, for price
changes that take effect after printing, for fac-
tory and/or supplier shortages, or typographi-
cal errors.
We urge you to check on current prices as
often as you like. Use the product code num-
bers so that you can do so quickly and easily.
When you call, or visit the store, have the
code numbers available.
One of the main reasons we have posted a
Willner Chemists Web site is so that you can
check current prices, quickly and easily. Also,
the web site will let you know what is on sale
at any given time. To access the site, direct
your web browser to www.willner.com.
Back Orders
If we are out of stock on certain items in
your order, we will backorder that item if it
cannot be obtained within 3 days, and ship
the rest of your order. When the missing item
arrives, we will send it to you, with no ship-
ping charge. Your credit card will not be
charged for items not sent.
During a sale, however, we cannot auto-
matically “back order” items. If any of the
items in your order are temporarily out of
stock, we will hold your entire order for up
to three (3) days, awaiting arrival of the miss-
ing item(s). If the missing items do not arrive
in 3 days, your order will be shipped as is;
the missing items will not be backordered.
You may re-order the missing items if you
choose.
If you do not want us to hold your order
for up to three days, let us know at the time
of order, and we will do our best to accomo-
date you.
Sale prices and product availability is based
upon information provided to us by the vari-
ous manufacturers and suppliers. Sometimes
they misjudge demand, and cannot provide
us with product. We cannot be held respon-
sible for such shortages.
Products covered by a sale are limited to
those listed in the sale flier unless otherwise
indicated. We will try to accomodate your
requests for other items, if they are available,
whenever possible.
On Sale?
Willner Chemists offers almost every prod-
uct listed at an every-day discount of 20% off
list price.
In addition we run 8 special sales yearly.
Four times a year, a sale bulletin is mailed to
our customers and those who have requested
it. The sale bulletin lists the items featured
during that sale period, often at discounts of
from 30 to 50% off list price. If you are not
on our mailing list, and wish to be, please
provide us with your mailing address. You
can call 1-800-633-1106, and choose menu
opton 1. Or, you can send a fax to 1-212-
682-6192. Or, you can send email to cust-
serv@willner.com.
With every other sale bulletin, you will also
be sent a new catalog. The Willner Catalog is
now being published twice a year.
In between the four sales previously men-
tioned, we run “between-sale-sales”. No flier
is mailed. You have to either check our web
site or stop by any one of the three Willner
Chemists store.
Cooperation
We try to fill orders within one to two days
of arrival. During sale periods, it sometimes
takes longer. Please do not wait until the last
moment to place your orders.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates, as we
have no control over what happens to your
package after it leaves Willner Chemists.
Please plan ahead, and place your order
early, especially during sale periods. Using
product code numbers when you call or mail
in your order will minimize errors. Always try
to remember to make a note of the person
you spoke to. Please try to avoid calling back
with “add-on” orders.
Payment Methods
You may use a charge card (VISA,
MasterCard, American Express or
Discover/NOVUS). Or, you can send pay-
ment with your order (check or money
order).
We will not charge your card until the
order is shipped.
Returns
Merchandise may be returned only if in
resalable condition, within 30 days of pur-
chase, with a copy of your receipt.
Perishable products (refrigerated items) are
not returnable; books are not returnable.
Shipping/Handling
There is a flat $5.95-$6.95-$7.95 shipping
handling charge, depending on location. See
chart below. There is a $1.00 surcharge for
orders under $50.00. Also, there will be an
extra charge for shipping liquids over 8 oz
and large powder products over 18 ounces.
